RIVTA is still accepting sponsors for our 2025 Symposium on Saturday March 22nd, 2025.

 

 The Rhode Island Veterinary Technician Association is seeking sponsors for our annual Symposium:

When: March 22nd, 2025
Where: New England Institute of Technology's East Greenwich campus

There are multiple levels of sponsorship available, choose the one that suits you best!

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Space- $500
Sponsor a Break & Exhibitor Space- $1000
Sponsor Lunch & Exhibitor Space- $1500
Sponsor Swag Bags & Exhibitor Space- $2000
Sponsor a Speaker & Exhibitor Space- $2000
 

Booth space is limited and is provided on a first come, first served basis. Booth area includes in a 13'x13" area. A rectangular table, and two chairs will be provided.

Sponsors will be recognized in the RIVTA Newsletters from January until April, have their company logos featured on promotional flyers, receive recognition with personalized flyers next to items sponsored, and will be provided a list of names and email addresses of Symposium attendees who have consented to share their contact information after the event.
